Paritosh Manurkar

Paritosh ManurkarParitosh graduated with a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering in 2006. He then pursued M.Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur in Microelectronics, VLSI and Display Technologies and graduated in 2008 with dissertation, titled, "Simulation of capacitance-voltage characteristics of organic thin film transistors". He was accepted to Northwestern University in 2008 in the PhD program with Murphy Fellowship. After working on fabrication of infrared detectors based on Type-II superlattices until early 2011, he joined CPCC to continue his PhD in the field of nonlinear optics.

Research:

He worked on mode-selective frequency conversion using shaped pulses.
